our story: a lifelong love of art
Meet the curator: Máire de Leastar
Growing up in an artistic household, my father, an artist, regularly lined the walls with new paintings. Sculptures adorned available corners. I was immersed in art before I even knew what an art gallery was. This early passion was reignited during a year at the Cill Rialaig Arts Centre, where my love for curatorial work really began.
My time spent working at the renowned Butler Gallery broadened my experiences in the art world. Following this, my time curating exhibitions at The Narrow Space Gallery solidified a lifelong dream: to open my own gallery. I am excited to embark on this new chapter with linn gallery.

Building on an impressive 20-year legacy, linn gallery is the exciting new chapter for The Narrow Space Gallery, bringing a fresh vision and carrying on the tradition of bringing exceptional art to Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
